TTI Testing has a range of tensile / tensile-fatigue rated test machines with capacities from single Newtons up to 1,500kN.
The majority of our test machines are servo-hydraulic systems that utilise the CUBUS servo controller coupled with CUBUS testing software that gives a wide range of testing control. Whether its a basic load to failure or a more complicated block loading profile including stochastic loading for real time operating loads, TTI Testing can provide meet your requirements.
Many of our larger horizontal machines utilise a modular framework that allows inclusion of sub-assemblies and additional actuators giving ultimate flexibility.
Test bed lengths depending on machines can be up to 15 metres and the inclusion of an additional pull in jack can ensure that the maximum actuator stroke can always be available for higher extension samples.
600kN Ultra Dynamic Test Machine
TTI's ultra dynamic actuator is available for where high speed changes in displacement and load are required. The key parameters of this actuator are as follows:

High speed actuator with 750 LPM servo-value and 450 LPM @ 250 bar pump to drive the actuator at speeds up to 320mm/second.
