Privacy Policy

All credit/debit card data is destroyed after payment is taken. All contact information is only used by TTI for sending out emails for notice in future seminars and courses. We do not share you data with any other third party.

Delivery policy

Software will be despatched within one week of receipt of purchase order.  For urgent delivery by next day courier an additional charge will be levied in our price list, available on request

Refund policy

TTI will refund 70% of seminar cost up to two weeks before the seminar and thereafter 35%.
Purchase of software will be refunded less 20% on return of the dongle up to 1 year after purchase.

PCI compliance

TTI is PCI compliant through Security Metrics.
